The Presidential Debate

The presidential was...interesting. I am watching it right now, and it really is looking like both candidates are having trouble answering the questions, and staying on topic. I will admit that i did criticize Palin when she did the same thing in the Vice Presidential debate, and in the Katy Couric interviews. It is different for these candidates in my opinion because Obama and McCain actually know what they are talking about, and are stating their valid, and intelligent opinions about each topic, it's just they both keep rambling on about what their plan is for when they become President. Anyways the debate is going well, except it is not even really a debate in my opinion. It really just seems like the "man" is saying the questions, and each candidate is stating their own opinion and not really caring about what the other's opinion is. I am not saying that is not interesting, because it really is. I am just saying that that might be a problem for when either of the candidates are president, because it seems like it is hard for each of them to accept criticism from the other. I am just saying that I think the President of the united states should DEFINITELY be able to respectfully accept criticism from A N Y O N E.... ok?

Democracy

I think democracy defines government. Government in a certain way that is. Democracy is government by the people which means the people get to decide what happens with everything, and usually means there is not a higher power. That means that everyone can have an opinion and can actually be able to state their opinion without certain criticism. I think democracy is the smarter choice because it lets people feel safe and important with the government, and also the government is not exclusive at all.
